He is also the Floodplain Administrator for the City and a Certified Floodplain Manager. John has worked and been the Floodplain Administrator for the City of St. Charles for 8 years and has a total of 20 years of Public Service as a Planner also covering time with St. Charles County, the City of Wentzville and the City of Chesterfield.
